via STRFKR's Facebook page

STRFKR, the Portland based indie rock band, finally released ‘Being No One, Going Nowhere’ today in tandem with kicking off their North American tour. The band originally started out as Joshua Hodge’s (vocals, keyboard, guitar & drums) solo project in 2007, but has grown as a four-piece band with Shawn Glassford (bass, keyboard & drums), Keil Corcoran (drums, keyboards & vocals).

The band released “Tape Machine” a psychedelic indie-pop track as the first single off their latest record. Now that the band’s fourth full length LP is finally out and we’re excited to see what the new live set up has in store for the tour!

The band kicked off their tour Nov. 2 in Atlanta and will quickly be making their way to the west coast. They have two shows in Los Angeles next week November 11 & 12, with support by Gigamesh and Psychic Twin at the El Rey. You can purchase tickets here.
