London-based indie artist David Mark Bulley has released the music video for his new track Where Do We Go From Here! Inspired by the Purge films, it was filmed by Thompson Cinematics in West London and features a cast of thirty-five actors from the London College of Music. Co-directed by David and Robert Oliver West, the video dropped on March 1st and has picked up over 50,000 views to date. This action-packed ‘mini-movie’ sees David and his friends trying to escape and survive the purge which has now reached the U.K.
Though Where Do We Go From Here is an anthem about realizing that you can’t always trust those closest to you, David’s music ultimately delivers the forceful message to find strength in who you are and to not “be afraid to be yourself.” His empowering songs are drawn from his personal experiences, whether they come in the form of uptempo tracks or heart-wrenching ballads. Where Do We Go From Here is his latest offering, following his previous singles Wonderful Life and Lions. All three appear on his forthcoming album, set for a summer release. His previous EP, A Thousand Bonfires, was released in 2014 and reached the Top 20 on the iTunes singer-songwriter charts.
David has gained an international following, stretching beyond the United Kingdom to Poland, France, and even into Japan. He has performed as a headliner and in support all over Poland, culminating in a performance at the Torwar Arena as part of the 2016 Young Stars Festival. His duet on the song Sunlight with Polish artist Sylwia Przybysz, featured on her album Tylko Raz, has reached #15 on the Polish pop charts. David is currently on the road with Sylwia and will perform in Lublin, Poland on April 9th. Tickets for the Tylko Raz tour (#TylkoRazTour) are available now.
